The Carbonate Forum 2026

The IAS is sponsoring The Carbonate Forum 2026 which is being hosted by SedsOnline. The Carbonate Forum aims to bring together those working across the whole breadth of carbonate research to foster discussion and share knowledge and ideas. It gives a voice to those scientists in the early stages of their career who are often at the forefront of scientific advances but who are not always able to attend international conferences. The Forum is FREE to attend but you need to register by 5th May.

There are two linked in-person events under the theme of "Local Rocks for Global People" - these are a multi-scale carbonate workshop in Bolivia and a dolomite workshop in Pakistan. Click on these links for more information.
