19th International Meiofauna Conference

This global event will bring together researchers, including early-career researchers (ECRs) from both the Global South (e.g., South America, Africa and some parts of Asia) and the Global North, to share cutting-edge research on benthic meiofauna and sedimentary processes. IMCO19 will provide a platform for ECRs to present their research, network internationally and receive mentorship from leading scientists. The scientific programme will include dedicated sessions on meiofauna–sediment interactions, sediment geochemistry and its influence on meiofauna and sedimentary records of environmental change. These themes will particularly interest IAS members working on marine, coastal and estuarine sedimentary systems.
