- December 2011 - 2nd Circular; Call for abstracts: Abstract submissions open. Standard registrations commence.
- End January 2012 - Abstract submissions open. Standard registrations commence.
- 30 April 2012 - Standard registrations close (meeting, field trips, short courses). Late registrations commence.
- 15 May 2012 - Abstract submissions close.
- July 2012 - 3rd Circular: Programme.
Programme timetable
The timetable of the 29th IAS Meeting is outlined in the table below (click on it to enlarge). The programme will take place over four days, between the Welcome Reception (Opening Ceremony with Icebreaker Party) in the evening of Monday 10 September and the Closing Ceremony in the late afternoon on Thursday 13 September 2012.
